Technician had professional attitude. After the keyboard was diagnosed incompletely and laptop was handed over back to me, the issue still persisted. In the follow up diagnosis, they tried using multiple keyboards and kept me informed all the time. Although they could not fix the keyboard issue, which could have been due to motherboard which needed further troubleshooting, overall the experience was good and highly recommended.
